Aromatherapy Peppermint
Menta piperita
Peppermint is a perennial herb that is cultivated throughout the
world. Its medicinal qualities were widely appreciated by the
Ancient Egyptians, Chinese, and Indians. The Romans used to
crown themselves with peppermint wreaths during feasts in order
to take advantage of its detoxifying effects. Peppermint is a favorite
