I've been taking a dose of liquid Rhodiola extract each morning for the last three weeks, and it's been fantastic. It gives me the alertness and energy that a cup of coffee used to give me - only there's no "crash" later in the day. No jitters either. As for mood - I think it improves my mood quite a bit as well.
