From Sam
Black Mamba is an herb based resin that has been combined with a chemical (which I will not mention here) that is illegal to smoke in some states. It is marketed as an incense not to be ingested. If you are just trying to cure a head ache, please just stick to straight damiana, it does work. Reader bewares, if you are not looking for a pot substitute, you will have an unwelcome surprise if you try smoking the Black Mamba.
From KD
I tried smoking damiana (you can get it at tobacco shops - sometimes called Black Mamba) on suggestion of a friend when I had a horrible migraine that would not go away. It took away my migraine instantly! Damiana worked better than any prescription medicine I've ever taken for migraines.
